Shipping Time:
Please allow 12 hours for order processing, and we will ship your product within 24 hours.

Order Cancel:
Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled. Please ensure that all order details are correct before placing the order. Once your order has been processed by our team after that you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Heloch is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. All responsibility will be borne by the courier.
